Guide du Vapoteur is an independent site about everyday vaping, written for adult readers in the United Kingdom. We cover getting started, care and repair, batteries and safety, and the rules, with one aim: answering the question before you have to go looking for it.

What we publish

Practical guides with a short answer first, then the explanation and the steps to follow. We favour the kind of detail that changes how a device behaves in daily use over specification sheets copied from a manufacturer.

Who writes it

Guides are written and checked by Raphaël Josse, a long-time vaper who tests every maintenance step on his own kit before describing it.

UK readers

Our English pages are written with the United Kingdom in mind. Products sold in the UK follow the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations, which cap e-liquid strength at 20 mg/ml and tank capacity at 2 ml, so figures quoted elsewhere may not match what is on sale here.
